Why? it is too grindy, and too far away. I am in Suri port, Sivara A1 system. I did the 100 light years journey, but no Donimon Green notification appeared. Hell i do not even know how to access the engineer interface on the UI, it is that confusing. The mission consoles do not work properly, so they are useless. DG is on Orishis and that is 249 light years from me, to make that worse I cannot plot a route and there is no way i can do that manually as the galaxy map is a mess and doing simple routes cals is impossible. So the point is going to DG is too much of grind and time. Shuttles will not go that fair or plot a proper route.

Have you done your 100Ly journey in shuttles? Because that's what DG wants you to do.

yes and it not the easiest to unlock because i am so far away from her and no way of getting to her base. I repeat i have done the 100 light year apex journey. if you had read my post i did say i did complete it.

Max range you can plot for a shuttle is 100ly, so you will have to split it into 2 trips. Also I had to relog for the game to register i had traveled the distance.

If a 249 ly's of trip is putting you off you will have a really hard time in this game I suspect. For faster travel get a diamondback explorer or even an unengineered A-fitted asp explorer does around 30ly jump iirc if you need help getting around faster.

Mmmm, i may suggest, if you want to go with your own ship, if you got a fuel scoop to manually plot a route not exactly to your final target but instead "step by step" manually choosing next trip until you get there. You may, if you don't own a fuel scoop, try to set the route type to be "economic" from the galaxy map menu, and refuel in stations/fleet carriers on your way, you can check if there is any using inara/eddb etc...

Or just use a taxi splitting the trip in 2 or more

You didn't say that you did it in APEX, that's why I checked on it.

If you didn't get your invitation after completing a requirement - relogin into the game. It usually pushes the updated state. The game often lags in acknowledging achievements.

The increased battery life in both the Maverick and Dominator suits isn't bad either but a bit less than I had expected (particularly when shields are at 100%).

100ly in shuttles takes like 5 minutes, book a trip then go get a drink and use the bathroom.
