Is there a way to get the keys for locked containers on for example power reactivation missions?

If you have access level you can look those from terminal

Goto a terminal find the container and the password, go back and get the loot inside.

Just equip laser cutter tool and use it on the mag lock to break it if you don't feel like hunting for codes.

Note LASER ARC cutter only work on lockers not yellow containers on ground, need
E-Breach ( illegal item ) can find @Pioneer Vendors in Anarchy systems $25K per item for me. Otherwise need Level 3 Access most missions will provide Level 3 access with mission unless Illegal Salvage, check on-foot mission boards in stations. Otherwise need to scan NPC with a level 3 access (clone NPC using 2nd option in bounty scanner tool- this is also considered illegal activity) if they are at destination, can scan dead NPC aswell.
