Ok with these specs? (Base game not Odyssey)

ATI Radeon RX 560 Gigabyte Gaming OC 4GB
8GB DDR3 2133MHz
Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium
1600x900 Resolution

It's not a great PC by any means i'm wondering if i can play it with 60 fps or will it struggle at some point?

I of course cannot speak to your framerate, bc i don't know your system.
(what's installed, what background is running etc etc etc)

Specs look okay-ish imo.

You could try one of the "can i run it" websites, don't have much experience w them tho.

You will struggle if I have to be frank. I suspect you will have dips into the 40's at least in some places.

I don't run anything out of ordinary in background. I don't have any bloatware installed (except Steam hehe)

Task manager sits around 50 processes when i play games (system and steam processes)

Oh man, well then you'll be fine for now, just know that the engine from odyssey will become part of horizons in 6 months. You should still be fine after that tho.

All the true gfx heavy stuff is in stations and on foot planets.

I think it would work.

The base game is well optimized.

You're most likely going to just have to turn some of the settings down.

No. On-foot, and landing on atmo is Odyssey only.

Can drive SRVs on planets and fly small fighters tho.

No you wont be able to go into a station concourse without odyssey. And you wont be able to step out of your SRV or ship on a ground outpost.

It will be, the space part is not is gfx intense as the odyssey stuff. I got 60fps fine in space on a 10 year old PC with a gtx1060 in odyssey alpha.
