Everything is in the title , I can't manage to take my Diamond Explorer from Bradfield orbital.

I don't understand if it's me who have too much cargo on my suit or the ship.

Check if you have limpets in your hold, if the hold of the ship you’re transferring to is smaller you can’t do it. It’s always because I carry a lot of limpets and have to sell them to make space. Don’t worry you won’t loose Cr.

Sounds to me like you try to switch from a ship which has loaded cargo to a ship which could not take that cargo. You always need to make sure that the cargo you have in your current active ship can be transfered to your new ship.

Thanks for the answer , I've check and it seems I have no limpets anymore on my current ship.

I suspect the cargo hold to have some things in it , but I can't manage to find where I can see that...

I've check the market and the black market but nothing appears that I can sell....

Have you checked, if you carry mining drones or something else?

If you want to transfer ships, contact the shuttle bureau, they will bring any ship to your station the usual way. You'll have to wait based on how far away it is of course. Does that help?

If you're talking about a ship already at your station and want to free up space, I'm not sure how to do that without selling cargo.. Subscribing to this thread, bet I can learn something in here

Use head look to look at your right hand panel>Inventory>Cargo. Confirm there’s nothing in there. If it’s empty try a re-log.

I have the same problem, I know that I emptied my ship and I left it and took a shuttle back to Cubeo.. now I cant switch ships and have to take a shuttle back to go get it and fly it home the old fashioned way.
I even tried switching to a ship with a lot of cargo but I guess that would be cheating if my cargo magically appeared 100 ly away in my hold.
