Black Box located on a shipping lane?

So I have not done black box missions for a while now, while I focused on passenger transport. I came back to these missions and they seem slightly different, as some of my black boxes are not located around 1 general body that I fly around, but instead in a shipping lane between 2 bodies. Now I've been trying by myself for like about an hour and a half total but I cannot find any of these black box mission locations for 3 of my missions, nor can I find any real help about it online. I fly between the two bodies on what I beleive to be the shipping lane, as denoted in the bottom left, but no matter how long I am ther, no matter how fast or slow I go, I am unable to get any mission marker to pop up. Does anyone have any insight to this?

Try go to a Navigation beacon and scan it, the mission should pop up then

You can also use your FSS scanner to search for your mission target, or keep going back to the nav beacon.
