Deep Charge VS Mass Manager (FSD Mods)

Hi all,

For a conda, would deep charge or mass manager experimental effect be more efficient for increasing jump distance?

Also, would deep charge potentially increase how far you can travel with a neutron star boost as it effects the max amount of fuel per jump? Thanks in advance.

Mass manager all the way for ANY frame shift drive at or bigger than a size 5.


Size 4 and smaller, go Deep Charge. But I recommend double checking on the elite forums and making sure whether or not I'm right, just to be sure for your sake

I have tested both on my Conda and got more range out Mass manager,
on the smaller/lighter ships deep charge lets you push just a bit further, I tested that in my Cobra, however the boost it gave was not worth the extra fuel being used for me anyway.

As for the neutron boost, I think thats based off your jump range not your fuel used. o7

Thanks all will go for Mass manager, I only asked about the neutron boost because I've had it before (a few patches ago mind) that my max jump distance with the boost was limited by the max amount of fuel I could use, just wondered if that might help

Yup. Deep charge will only let you dump 8T of fuel max. You can forget about neutron boost.
