Selling Void Opals

Can someone tell me where to sell Void Opals for maximum profit (1.6kk)? Tried EDDB and Inara but with no luck. o7

The trouble with third-party sites like EDDB and Inara are that they're reliant on player data for contributions. Which means people need to be visiting those systems and stations and checking in at those markets. And void opal prices are highly dependent on player activity - the more people sell void opals at a port, the more the price drops.

Now that Bresnik Mine has been published on an open forum, it will probably rapidly become worthless as a VO selling base.

If you ever find a really good selling location for your void opals, the best thing you can do to preserve it is to never tell anyone.

Select a commodity and it will pull a list of stations with best prices right there such as this:
https://eddb.io/commodity/350

The best prices are still the same as they were before, just that the list of stations offering those keeps changing so keep the list refreshed before making your way there.

Not sure why, but it seems to me edtools does a better job of finding good places to sell.

There are a few better ways, just use eddb and use Sol as the current system. Then sort from price highest to lowest and copy-paste the top highest buyer system as your current system, rinse and repeat until you can't find any higher and sell there
