Anaconda's max jump range
"What places the Anaconda a notch above ships like the Diamondback Explorer is its much larger optional internal capacity and its incomparable maximum jump range of 84 LY."

From ED Wiki on Fandom, is it true? Anyone reached 84 LY range? Interesting

It's possible, but would require you to only have enough fuel for that one jump.
The usual is high 70s

It required lots of engeneering (some available only in Colonia). And most pain in the ass for me was installing 4d thrusters. I was forced to remove FSD temporary. Detailed manual how to build 84ly jump range:

P.S. Unfortunately it is in Russian only.

Dont worry about it. 50 with fighter bay and guns if you want them is easy and enough. Just take a bit more time going to where you want to go and enjoy the sights.

Solution is pretty simple then. Call the fuel rats and tell them that you're stuck in your target system, then when they tell you that they're one jump away just reply "I am too" and engage FSD.

Should be even funnier if you have a neutron boost at hand.

They can use fleet carriers

The best I can build on coriolis.io is 80.98Ly
Not sure if a 84Ly is still possible on the actual game.

84 is possible but I have an 82, at 84 you don't really have a ship anymore, and even at 82 all it can do is get to colonia then I have to buy a ship that's capable of doing anything

As stated that is unrealistic. Its a paper shell with engines and a drive nothing more.

Even at high 60's low 70s she is by far better than the Asp and DBX because it can hold a fight and SRV with enough space left over for repairs, scanners, a pool table, seriously it has everything.

82ly Anaconda has 24t of fuel (4C +3C fuel tanks) and can do 3 jumps without refueling. This configuration has all you need for explanation, including fuel scope, SRV, heat sink...
84ly Anaconda has only 2t of fuel and can jump only once. It's indeed a paper shell.

For high 60's there is a Krait Phantom. Which is much better...
