scan the data beacon make a round and scoop up the mats. relog and repeat as needed ..
boring but will get you some mats easy
All encoded - Jameson crash site. It takes a few trips but you can easily fill all encoded in a few hours.
All manufactured - Go for small high pop systems. Scan nav beacons and collect all high grades. This takes a bit longer but you can fill and trade all.
In just a few hours you could fill everything using a small ship with decent jump range. If you like to engineer this only needs to be done every couple/few months.
Played some EVE, Space Engineers, and other games. I noticed the game improved a couple weeks ago and decided to come back.

Then just trade for the lower grade. I did it until I was full of everything. Shards took 2 trips to get full. Crash site took 6-10 but you only have to make the trip from Diaguandri so 2 jumps. You can self destruct after gathering. Small cheap ship like DBX or Cobra works here. I say Diaguandri because once you're full of the tier 5 mat you can self destruct to the Material trader there and start again.
