Is there a way to affect cursor speed?
My camera sensitivity is fine but for some reason this game makes the cursor slow as ♥♥♥ whenever it's active. Changing mouse sensitivity does nothing for this.

If you are talking about the Galaxy map, you can zoom out to get to the point faster. Otherwise, no.

For the FSS scanner there is a speed setting that you might find to be useful.

I meant in the menus. For some reason this game slows my pointer speed waaayy down.

I got more used to use the wasd+enter+del, its way faster
