FSS, how to turn on?

So I've looked at a few videos and so called guides but I can't seem to figure this basic thing out. There was only one that didn't leave out this bit entirely. It said to go into the options under Full Spectrum System Scanner and bind the key, problem is I don't see any option for that. I see an option to bind a key to turn it off, but not to turn it on. The video was like a year old so maybe they changed or moved it?

If this is still something I need to set where do I find it in options, if it is not then how do I turn on the FSS?

Turning it on binding has been moved to mode switches, look at the bottom. Yes, it's unintuitive, as everything else is in the special FSS menu group.

My FSS is bound to J and my super cruise is bound to k, both of which I believe are the default bindings. Otherwise you should find it under the key bindings for ship controls. This game is bad at informing you of key bindings so I would legit take a few mins to through the key bindings to get a lay of the land
