Bought Anaconda Ship in Steam using ARX but did not received
Hey Guys, I am new one of this game. I wonder after I bought Anaconda ship why I did not recieved it in my inventory? The same ship I used was there but the Anaconda was empty?
Could you help me Guys where I could find my Anaconda Ship?:steamfacepalm:

This is not the ship. This is a cosmetic set for the ship, as people here have told you several times.

Cause what you say is not how this game works. Nobody, nowhere, can buy ships for real money in this game. That's how developers want it.

And your own experience confirms this fact. You don't have a ship in your inventory, cause you can't buy a ship for real money in this game.

You have bought a cosmetic, not the ship. That cosmetic is called "a shipkit", and it includes some extra pieces that you can add to your ship. But you still have to get the ship in-game, for in-game credits.

Having followed your link... Found this in the 2nd paragraph...

... Any purchased items will be available to apply to your ship...

So in this case, you purchased the raider ship kit for an anaconda with ARX. BUT!

DID you buy the ship with credits first? because without the ship, you have nothing to apply the ship kit to.

Elite Dangerous has never been and never will be a pay-to-win game. If you were able to buy ships, then logically, you'd be able to buy guns too... Where are they?

Your money were spent on what you have bought - the shipkit for an Anaconda.

You just bought something, not what you thought you was buying. Now you have the shipkit.

He may be able to put in a ticket explaining his mistake and get the ARX he purchased back. I messed up once and bought a paint job for the wrong ship and Frontier was good enough to fix it for me. They said it happens all the time.

So eyepiece. Ask for a refund. I expect you will get your ARX back.

The sad and kind of funny part of all this is that the Raider pack is the ugly ship kit.
All those poor arx that could have been spent on something cool.......
