Frontier just deleted my account
i got the game in 2015 and played it than i got it back yesterday and it said my old account doesnt exist so i got onto the website than re entered my game key and it said its alreddy in use so i opend a ticket i got a reply than i sent my info in than they deleted my account that i was on last night. and when i made a new account with the same email it says its "forbidden" so i opened a new ticket and im waiting for a reply i dont know what to do.

I was going to say contact support, but ya already have- best thing to do is to be patient and wait.

Are you sure that you didn't make a mistake, while trying to login with your old account?

You can't create a new account and use your older key with it - the key was already used with your old account.

I very much doubt they would delete your account at all, unless they had a very good reason. Even if you had done something really bad, at worst they would ban you from the game.

Wait for support to reply.
