And best way to circumvent the passenger requests mid-flight is to just ignore them. Do not click any buttons, I wouldn't even read them! They don't dock you credits if you don't interact. LOL
It means effectively 80+ million per hour. Its not bad, and its fairly straight forward.
You want a Python fully kitted out with economy (perhaps some business) passenger cabins. A small shield will do.
You'll be transporting mainly illegal passengers but do the run from Robigo mines and you won't ever get scanned.
I ran Sothis for several hours (making 20 or so trips) and I never once got scanned. I don't think it's necessary at all, but it's always nice to have a method to escape it should it happen.
I got scanned a few times back when I was doing them.
