What would they change? The picture is not from Sag A and it also looks like expected so there is nothing much that would change. The only thing would be adding an accretion disk to Sag A but that's not really new information. The lack of accretion disks on certain black holes and around young stars was probably more due to technical nature. But maybe at some point frontier will add those, which would be really cool.

TLDR: The picture didn't add any new information about what supermassive black holes look like, rather it confirmed what we already expected.

Yeah, I've watched presentation from the very start 'till it finished, it was a mess.
2 years of research, 17 billions of euros and we haven't even seen Sag A* as promised.

SagA* is in an incredibly hostile and dense region of space, recent observations look like there may be several Million black holes in an area around it only a few lightyears across, not to mention over 20000 lightyears worth of dust, so imaging it may well be impossible.
