Best fsd experimental effect for large ships?
Mass manager looks good, but stripped down looks damn near just as good with no negative effects(on coriolis at least).

Also, I've read that the newsfeed at the engineer stations tells you where to get the necessary materials. I know that anything seems simple one you already know how to do it, but im just not getting it and feel like a jackass.

Thirdly, absolutely loving the T-10. Took it core mining(cash for fitting), killed a few pirates, did some mapping.

From my tests and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of threads I read on this, EVERY ship in the game must get Increased Range with Mass Manager, unless you're trying to build something very-very specific.

Where to get mats will only Google help you to figure out, also you might just ask here about specific ones, we'll tell you where to find what.

And glad you like Type-10, it looks glorious.

Yep, Mass manager, it's kind of in the name.

Big ship, more mass, manage that mass boi.

i use to always do deep charge but have now tried mass manager for the first time.
and fuel range has made a big differance.

using a anaconda

Mass Manager unless you have a size 4 or smaller FSD.

Thanks for the replies. I was DEFINITELY going for increased range. Need arsenic, chemical manipulators, and datamined wake exceptions for g5. I think im going to head over and get all I can done at Todd the Blaster's with what I have in stock, and then go hunting for mats with a combined list for guns and fsd.

here is your same link but shorter

and if i were you leave those modules home if you are going to explore and when you need them station transfer them.

so goto say colonia empty and transfer the modules to station costs a little but you will make the money back sooner or latter

If I leave the bubble to do some real exploring I might. The main point of this build was to not have to swap modules out.

The math behind it all says for class 5 drives and above, take mass manager. For 4 and below, take deep charge. At least if you are looking to get the most improvement to jump range.

What's your opinion on stripped down rather than mass manager? The tradeoff seems to be that you get slightly less of a distance boost, but there's no loss of fsd integrity. Coriolis is only showing me a 1 or 2 light years in difference between the 2. Do opinions change knowing that this is a combat/exp build rather than pure exploration?

I haven't looked into those but stripped down should help with speed outside supercruise. So that or whatever the armoured one is called would be good for combat I imagine.
