Says I am supposed to kill a bunch of the “nameless”. Are they all the way out at Colonia? I am guessing that since the Colonia council has to give you the final invite.

So has anyone unlocked him can tell me?

Probably. This is one of the Colonia engineers isn't it? So regardless, the only reason to unlock them is if you are planning on going out to Colonia anyway.

I unlocked him and all others in september,as far as i remember every bounties counts not just nameless one.System is Carcosa near Colonia.

Just outfiting is pain there, no A rated modules...I made B rated anaconda there with stock multicanons and you need fsd interdictor to pull 2-3 big wanted ships In the Carcosa system.

You need an invitation first.
Gain an invitation from the Colonia Council minor faction by attaining a Cordial or higher relationship. The Colonia Council can be found in multiple systems in the Colonia Region, such as Colonia, Deriso, Sovereign's Reach, Hephaestus, Tir, Saraswati, and Randgnid.

Sell them exploration data in controling stations 7-8 mil. you will get allied status.

Thanks gents. I was afraid I would need to head to Colonia again..... sigh. Don't know if I am up for that trip again. This engineer will need to wait I suppose....

I believe he can wait as long as you want him to. I don't think that he can provide any engineering that you can't get in the Bubble.

If you do decide to make the trek out there, do a google search for the Colonia connection. All 6 of those ports are ran by the Colonia Counsil. They all have nav beacons and bad guys, a couple have RES. Most of them don't have authority contacts to turn in bounties, but by the time you get there and turn them in,, you'll be at least friendly.
