Hi, I was wondering can you still be interdictied by the Tharhoids while in hyperspace? I saw the event when it first came out on youtube . I wasn't playing at the time and I just got a vr rig so I really want to experience it for myself. I've been jumping around Maia but nothing so far. I hope they didn't take it out of the game. Thanks.

Yes you will.You Just need some thargoid stuff in cargo and go for a walk in pleiades sector.You said you want to meet new interceptor,the mighty Hydra?No problem sir,no problem at all, Jupaloku system has plenty of it.Just look for non human uss threat 8 there.Aaand dont forget to bring some extra pants.

The alliens are a Lie, the earth permit also is in place for us to not see the eart because we could confirm that it's FLAT!

I'm looking for Thargoids, unfortunately i haven't see any.

It shows you your "encounters" in the right hand side panel, in the stats bit. Tells you where your last encounter was too.

I've 3 so far, but that was just to have a look and check out what happens.

Next time, I'm going to attack them...

Just head to the Pleiades sector. There are non-human signals all over the place.

I have been running supplies to repair the damaged stations in a type 9 for about the last month and a half, so far I have been hyperdicted at least once a day in a 3 or 4 hour session, and no thargoid stuff on board, so I dont think that matters anymore.

Maby there just getting suspicious of me running back an forth to the stations they attacked.

Location is what matters now. If you don't have Thargoid sensors or tech in your cargo hold then the only way it will happen is if you go to the Pleiades sector as they are active there all the time. You may also encounter them in targeted systems but I can't confirm that personally. You will drastically increase your chances of a hyperdiction if you have a sensor in your hold. Its a very low chance to begin with

Im doing right now the road of riches at pleiades sector...with no cargo racks...plenty of non human uss threat 3 4 5 and 7,Visited near 400 systems and no single hyperdiction so far...You need thargoid stuff in cargo...

Yesterday i was interdicted by a Thargoid in Maia system. Just after going into hyperjump. No Thargoid cargo, just a friendly visit to our Professor. Yes, i got away unharmed.

Never been hyperdicted (hehe that still sounds rude to me) yet but as I said new player, still getting to grips with the ship upgrades and all that. But yeah I was just cruising around when I saw that carrier on the screen and thought....something new... why not?

Stopped there and I was like that dude at the start of sci-fi movies that spots the beast and runs back going..."WE'RE FKD! RUN!" lol

Should we be worried that that's not that far from Sol?

Trust me you don't want to be hyperdicted by a Thargoid. I had that happen once. He told me to trust him and said he was a doctor. Then proceeded to violate me by scanning me. I still remember that day like it was yesterday but for some reason when I think about it, it's all evil, grainy and in black & white.
