Industry needs 8 aluminium.. cant hand it in

Im doing a mission to source aluminum for the alliance , I collected the 8 units and Im now at the dock that I have to deliver too..

Im at the screen to hand in the cargo but the complete button is red and cant be clicked
I see in the 1 transactions tab on the left panel it says 0/8 aluminum..

I dont understand, I have the cargo in my ships inventory..

Whats wrong ?

I just completed a delivery mission and at the depot i sold my aluminium and bought 1 to see if the mission would acknowledge that I had bought it but the mission says ongoing 0/8 collected..
I bought all 8 and returned to the drop of port but still the same as above..

I dunno whats going on..

you see the arrows next to the amount when you turn it in? click the arrows until it says 8/8 and then click the 8/8

It says you are now at the delivery location, deliver items 8..
I wonder why it wont let me confirm,.?

are you sure it was a source mission and not a mining missions

yes it says source 8 units of aluminium from a suitable market..

Its weird , I have taken a similar mission for Indium and I just bought 1 of 10 indium thats needed for this other mission and yet this mission isnt updating either,

I have 8 aluminium and 1 indium in my ships cargo but the missions say..

0/8 aluminium
and
0/10 indium

The game has been acting odd since the maint" cause i am having the same problems.
I can't turn in any of the supply missions that require you to purchase materials etc.

And kind of annoyed that i just spent close to 100k getting the items and the missions show that i have none of the mission items which i do.

This happened to me too.

Yeah right. I purchased the mines and it would not allow me to hand them in.

This worked !

Its weird that the mission log didnt show that I had the items in my inventory,.
But I was clicking the + sign to add the 8 aluminium and then trying to click confirm.
Clicking betwen the - and + and the mission completed..
