Just made my first 100 million, time for Python?

Get a FDL, far far superior combat crafts. The python is better at multirole and if you getting a multirole and are not doing it for combat alone then wait to get an anaconda.

If you dont have one already I suggets making an asp explorer mining ship. Go crack some cores and youll have an anaconda in an hour.

Python or Krait Mk2. Personally i use a python for its multirole capabilities and i wont "upgrade" to an Annie due to its size (or at least not anytime soon).

100 mil is enough to max the Python's mining or passenger hauling potential and if fitted for combat, its still good enough to do RES hunts. The FDL, while an awesome ship is good for nothing else than combat.

Chestbridge is right, its not primarily a combat ship, but its capable. of course not on fer-de-lance level, but then again, the fer-de-lance's only level over the python is combat. everything else - python.

i've not done a lot with the krait mk2 yet, but i'm sure someone can give you a better insight into that ship. the python though, its just good. in many ways.

I suggest getting a krait mk 2, they aren't as expensive and still powerful if equipped correctly

I got me a Krait Phantom, only 37 mil class 6 shield and class 7 power plant with 3 bars of maneuverability. Pretty good cargo space too, i think 128t maxed out. It was a replacement for T-6.

Only thing i don't like about Python is the cmdr seat position , would love to throw out that *copilot* seat and move my own to the middle.

FDL is prettier than Mamba IMO. T-7 is fuglier and i fly it for most of delivery missions.

Well to be fiar im more of a fan of imperial ships. Different people different tastes i guess.
I had T7 but doesn't seem worth that 20 cargo space over python even tho it handles well enough to dodge anaconda interdictions.
