wtf am i supposed to do here trying training mission for mining and i cant use the mining lazer it keeps saying module cannot be used in this cockpit mode i really really want to throw the pc out the window because of stupid little things like this its so frustrating can someone help the more specific the better thanks in advance

There are two cockpit modes, Combat, and Discovery.

Consult your keybindings to find out the button that changes them.

I think default on keyboard and mouse is M?

I think if you look in your controls options, whatever is bound to "switch HUD mode" will toggle combat to discovery mode
