What's an FID?
I can't access my game. Lost email. Support ticket is asking for FID? I don't see anything like that on menu screen. I can't log into the game or use the email on Frontier support forums..

I didn't used to have to use password to login. Lost the email about 8 months ago. Had to fresh install windows couple weeks ago now can't access game.

It should be at the bottom left of your main menu screen. Frontier ID, I believe.

If you can't find it, write N/A in that field.

Ah okay thanks the support ticket went through. Thought that was part of the version number.
