if it is the fdev one * this is the store instructions"
COVAS or Cockpit Voice Assistants change the voice of the computer of your current ship.
COVAS purchases will work for both Elite Dangerous and Horizons players.
Purchasing a COVAS via the Frontier Store allows you to apply it to your ship in-game via any Starport Services with a Livery section.
When docked in your ship, bring up the Starport Services Menu. Navigate to the Livery menu, and select the"Vessel Voice" tab/filter.
• This item can be used with any ship you currently own.
• It does NOT alter the performance parameters of your Ship in any way.
• If your ship is destroyed you may re-apply any owned COVAS you wish to use.

I hope that helps Cmdr o7
So make sure you have selected her voice make sure it's not got the blue buy it now sticker on it, and you have edited the livery layout where you change ship names and engine colour in the station livery option top right (as described above), and its chosen for the ship your in at the moment,
I heard there were multiple language voices and various new voices for the ships, but I thought it was part of the new update coming but looks I like it may already be a thing.
If you have you got the https://www.hcsvoicepacks.com/ version and not the Fdev ship one don't worry that's awesome too as it is a fantastic addon feature, that once set up will be well worth the money spent on it
the hcsvoicepacks need the latest full version of voice attack set up to work to run correctly and voice attack is worth every penny :D
The Livery section one from fdev its a click and pay from inside the livery part of the game and takes you to the store page, or the link above, That I posted, I think just reads out the ship commands and doesn't take orders as the https://www.hcsvoicepacks.com/ voices can
are you doing this :)
When docked in your ship, bring up the Starport Services Menu. Navigate to the Livery menu, and select the"Vessel Voice" tab/filter.
