If you press panel 1, your left panel, then look into transactions and click on your various missions, each delivery mission has all the information about the pickup system and station. and dropoff system, and station. (this screenshot and footage were taken in beta because I wasn't near a station to get cargo missions on my live account so I hope it helps you and I hope it's also correct, and the same on our live accounts I think it is. ;)

you need to get the cargo from the mission giver at that station there will be a mission at the top of your list.
like this ;)

sorry It was late at night so I couldn't use a mic, but it should show you how to collect your cargo
just ignore this if it's not what you meant Cmdr o7
I dont have this info on my transactions screen, looks like this. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/441612556767985696/518139067007893517/unknown.png
What gives?
but that doesn't help you at the moment. I stopped taking partial cargo runs because of what your going through, and the extra heat that carrying cargo get you, so I only load one way complete missions for that exact reason, losing track of who your running cargo missions for ( it will be a lot better in the new update and partial loads will be easy to track finally;)
If I was you I would just abandon the missions you can't remember and jettison any cargo as it will become stolen, if you have any surplus cargo not delivered, then you may get a fine that you can clear at an interstellar factors, then start at a fresh station, and maybe make cargo logs, or remember to take screenshots of your mission info, or you could write down, the pickup and destination points of any part delivered cargo missions until its corrected in the next update ;) sorry again Cmdr o7
p.s. there is a software that works with elite dangerous that can tell you what missions you have and where they are going to but I am not sure it will have information on your pickup depot areas in, but it may have that function, Its a great third party app that can be used stand-alone, or as an addon in voice attack as an extra voice and its free :D the app its a voice app that adds extra info and data to complement your ship's computer like a second ships voice
its called Eddi and its free, and great on GitHub here
https://github.com/EDCD/EDDI
(that's the free voice software that reads out the scan results, as well as a lot of useful info )
but if its too much hassel, just drop the mission and get another one :)
looks like they populate 11 systems... not too bad to search :)
