How to find station that i accepted cargo mission from?
Accepted a couple cargo missions, went to change my ship, now i cant remember where i got them from to grab the items lol

go to your navigation tab and then transactions, all ur current missions are listed there

Tat only tells me the mission giver though, and there name dosent give me a clue to the system, is there a way to search for what systems a faction is in?

Open up the Galaxy Map and look for a system with a "ORANGE GLOBE". I believe for Cargo Missions they show both the destination and the turnin point.

Unfortunatly it only shows the destination marker on galaxy map, going there told me where to go though :)
