It only started happening after the December patch.
If you search for that star system name on the galaxy map search, does the cursor points at it?
I had to transport passengers to Luyten 145-141.
When I opened galaxy map the system doesn't appear and I had to do a search for the system so as to lock on to it.
I will check at home if it shows on my map.
I had my jump range not on.
No short jump ranges and jump ranges over 20 ly.
I have hi-lighted the jump range and seams to have fixed it.
Another trick to try if something is not showing up on the map is to switch from the "Map" view (that can be affected by some filtering) to the "Realistic" view. It's on the 4th tab from the left on the Galaxy map, near from the bookmarks tab. There you can choose "Realistic", "Map", or "Powerplay". Realistic will show you everything, and you don't need to disable your filtering that you might want to keep as it is.
Are you sure it's not BD+14 4559? There is no LTT 4559 in the game.
