Enforcer Cannons
Does it have a small pushback effect? I first saw it in this video at 5:03

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55zNfAmLYOI

The wiki doesn't mention any pusback effect at all. Can anyone confirm that there's a pushback effect?

Yes, enforcer cannons have the impulse attack effect by default, just like railguns.

I have all powerplay weapons unlocked, used them, engineered plenty of them and I have fought against people who use enforcer cannons only so yes I am sure. (I am a PvPer)
Railguns(both normal and hammers) and Enforcer cannons have a weaker form of force shell by default, even if you put another experimental effect on them.

Just like PAs having a weaker thermal shock by default, Grom's FSD disrupter having the FSD disruption effect by default and the retribution beam laser having a weaker thermal shock by default. The default effect cannot be replaced by the way and putting another effect on these will lead to having 2 effects on these weapons.
For example: Railgun with Feedback cascade will still trigger Impulse attack warning or PA with Target lock breaker will trigger both targeting disrupted and thermal attack gaining heat warning.

Enforcer cannons with corrosive for example will trigger both Impulse attack and corrosion. (Just an example, putting corrosive on Enforcers is pretty stupid as it will reduce maximum ammo even further).

They(Enforcers) have a weaker form of the effect by default like many other weapons I listed in my post above.

Here is an example:

just look at the effect indicator of the enemy ship and you will see the Impulse attack effect symbol.

EDIT: oh nevermind the video in the post above me shows it much better.

In both vids they use force shell.

Edit: Ok, they changed it in the years.
Never used them anymore since years. :awswadine:
