Caustic Damage

Is it true, that the Caustic Damage from Thargoids cant removed with heat anymore?

i got caustic and increased my heat to over 175% but nothing happened. I died at the end.

I think you need above 200% sometimes for me even above 220-230.You need a good sturdy ,and cold build to survive in a easy way.

i was on 210% before i tooked a heatsink

I just did it yesterday....unless something changed in 24 hours you can still burn off caustic goo.

however HOW MUCH matters. 1 scout missile vs 20 scout missiles or running through a goid fart. it can take different time to burn it off.

well, i think it was the fart xD it was my first thargon kill, so i wanted to collect some of the dropped materials, dont worked as i thought.

yeah they dissipate fast. you should just wait 10-20 seconds....it won't go anywhere.
