registration joke [problem solved]
Just bought the game, after creating the frontier account, i got the verification code, but when i enter it, i have a warning "please purchase redeem elite/dangerous to continue", if i try register again it tells me the code hase already been used .. and i linked the frontier account to my steam account.. shall i just wait or what ?

I got this earlier. Go to the account page on the website, make sure you've added all your codes through that site (not the launcher). Close the launcher, reopen it clean.

On the account page on the website, if i try to enter my key on the product access key page, it tells me "sorry this access key has been used previously"

Sounds like you mixed up several Frontier store accounts. You need to log in with the same mail address as you used to originally redeem the code.

I used the same mail address, the one i entered when prompted to do so at first launch...

Raise a ticket with support if you can't progress. Have you entered your billing address on your FD account? That can cause problems.

yes i raised a ticket.. well i think so (i imagine you don't receive any confirmation that the ticket has been properly submitted..), and i entered the billing address also..

You can check the status of your ticket via the support site.

Well on the support site, page "my tickets" is kind of empty, only the form to open a ticket.. Thank you for your time -_-'

Umm.. then something is wrong, it didn't get filled or something. Even closed tickets appear there. Try again.

I have the same problem after reinstalling the game today. Ive put a few hours on it way back last year.

Well in fact my problem has been solved, and it was my fault, at first launch, i mistyped the domain name of the mail address so the key was bound to a non-existent mail, the support solved my problem within a few hours. They did a good job.
