I travelled back to the bubble and sold everything, now I'm not dealing with pirates anymore and grinding my exploration rank :D
No cargo no pirate spawns thats it.
Yep that's how I'm doing this for now. and I dont know, I just thought hey cool I'll pick up some cargo not like any pirates are out here xD
not sure i mean anything could have happened really. It's space after all ;D
FYI I like this game a lot. Just had a hard time believing the game, told my story, and then my character gets blown out of proportion..
Dont worry I wont be posting anything like this here anymore. If folks are just going to draw some crazy conclusions about people that post a few details and an anecdote, then there's no point. anyways I've permanantly blocked the idiot from california.
If we're going with the "backyards of the farmlands" thing (which has merit), why not? You essentially tried to escape by running into a dark alley.
Jumping sectors is as easy as pressing buttons. A determined pirate wouldn't give up that easily.
Now if you want to talk about "stupidly unrealstic," that's suicidal pirates running in by the thousands to die in "resource zones" over space pebbles. Guys flying Space McMansions worth hundreds of millions of dollars robbing guys for a couple K's worth of junk.
