It takes the least effort to get too, only needing to do the puzzle one time. The other modules i've read are basically the equivalent of a rank with a grade 3 enhancement with no experimental effect. but i could be wrong on that one.
The module reinforcements are ok as they offer more integrity than standard ones that can't be engineered (yet).
The shield reinforcement package is pretty good as well, particularly on small ships and ships like the Type 10 that have weak shielding even with the highest grade fitted. It offers a straight boost to megajoules without affecting recharge rate. I used to use mainly resistance augmented boosters with maybe one or two HD boosters, now I don't need the HD boosters on my normal combat ships at all (For Goid hunting, you want all HD boosters).
Obviously the weapons and fighters are useful if you hunt Goids, more so the weapons.
Also by 'effort' you mean literally about 2 hour work... fly somewhere, scan and shoot a few things and fly back. I call that fun.
FSD booster, Trident and Shield Reinforcement if you have no interest in thargoids.
Gauss Cannon (Medium) and Module reinforcement if you want to ever fight interceptors.
XG9 Lance and Shard Cannons if you want to fight scouts.
XG8 Javelin if you like having multicrew members.
FSD Booster - good on nearly every ship
Power Distributor - roughly equivalent to a grade 4 charge enhanced. It's a easier alternative to engineering and works good on a lot of ships. (I think it shines on mining ships because it lets you power more mining laser)
Power Plant - huge capacity, great for ships that are power hungry like the Chieftan.
Shield Reinforcement - lets you shield tank better. Especially good on small ships.
XG7 - fast, agile, strong shields, and the gun is basically a multicannon that does absolute damage. It is equally good against both thargoid and human ships.
Gauss Cannons - only good if you want to fight thargoids. Cannonn's website has anti-thargoid builds and they recommend these on every build.
* conditions apply: you need a big enough free rack to install it.
I'm a little shy on one of the data requirements for the fighters, so unfortunately I need to head back out at some point to grab it, but thanks to this booster, that won't take long at all. It's definitely the most all round useful guardian module.
yea im sitting out there now getting 150 epsilon data so i can get all 3 fighters and the other guardian item that takes it most boring thing in the world. just maxed out my 3rd guardian data only need delta and epislon now.
