Trying to run EDProfiler

1.)I'm trying to set elite dangerous to the lowest graphic settings.
2.)So I tried using edprofiler
3.)An error message popped up when I used it.
4.)I'm missing key graphic settings files or they've become corrupted
5.)The profiler said to let the game load and reset the graphics from within the game itself.
6.)The problem is that I'm using an 8460p laptop with HD3000 Graphics
7.)And the game keeps trying to load at the highest graphical settings by default.
8.)So I waited for an hour for the game to load and I still can't get to the main menu of the game itself.
9.)So I can make any new graphic config files for EDProfiler to read.
10.)I'm stuck! I've tried everything I know. Verifying, ReInstall...

This is my Laptop Specs
Core i5 2nd Gen 2.5Ghz(Quad-Core)
10 GB DDR3 RAM
320gb HDD
HD3000 Graphics(This actually worked with the 32-bit version)

Thanks for any thoughts or ssuggestions on helping me somehow set the graphics of the game outside the actual client.

The 64-bit version uses some advanced graphics capabilities, not available from integrated graphics. Even if the 32-bit worked, the 64-bit one wouldn't. You will need to upgrade your PC.

Minimum requirements:

Graphics: Nvidia GTX 470 or AMD R7 240 (Direct X 11 functionality required)

Intel HD3000 is Direct X 10.1.
