Trying to find landmines - data always outdated.
Sofar i've spent 3 hours jumping from location to location that eddb tells me has landmines, probably upwards towards 2000Ly traveled sofar, and either the base doesn't exist at all (I have infinite scanner),
or there simply aren't any landmines for sale at said base, which the eddb says.

I've been to all the newest bases, and some random older information bases...

Should it be this hard to find a simple product !?.

You need to set eddb to include planetary bases in the drop down menu. You will find land mines on planetary bases (military). They are not sold in stations.

That's what i've been doing. Gone to 10+ surface bases that's claimed to sell Landmines by the eddb, and no mines sold...

Dauruma, Nandhrimbo, Crataru, Hun Cruacoc, HIP 78647... no landmines.

I also tried Ao Jung Mu, because they buy mines, so i figured maybe someone sold them a batch that i could pick up... but no mines.

Hmmm, I was buying some landmines yesterday with eddb. Info seemed accurate, I just made sure the last time the program checked was within a couple of hours. I almost never have a problem with eddb's listings if they have been updated within 12hrs to a couple days.

After aprox 6 hours and checking stations on eddb's list, i finally found a station with almost 6k mines, already made one run.. need 2 more. Apparently you need aprox 300 cargo to ship 1 run of 200 mines... i only had an Asp explorer.

Once this is one... i'm done jumping around for a few days.

If you look at land mines on the commodities board, it should tell you where they’re imported from.

The quickest way to find ladmines, is to go to a low security/anarchy system and look for smuggling/salvage missions for the criminal agents with landmines as cargo.
When you have the stuff, abort the mission and pay the fine.
Repeat at another station in another system. :3

How about filtering them in the Galaxy Map - then selecting Export only so that you can see where they are in game - it also tells you how much they will be when you get there - I might be wrong here but I think it also tells you how long since the last trade. I've not used it much as I think it was only added with the June update - but its impressive and helped me find things I needed straight away - like everything else in Elite its not obvious at first but once you get it worked out you can find stations exporting and even filter so it only shows large pads.

Had the same issue. Went to two eddb landmine sources without luck. Was at one of them, logged out, logged back in, landmines appeared.

How about you help out and download the Elite Dangerous Market Connector (EDMC)? I feel ignorant that I did not do it sooner, it uploads system info and market info of stations you land on to all the sites that use the the ED Data Network such as EDDB and Inara. All it takes is a login to your frontier account to allow it access to your info, run it in background when you start the game, and you will be helping everyone with up to date info. Note on those sites like say EDDB you can see an info tab that says "last updated" and it will show how long since someone sent data on that station to the EDDN.
