Not getting the Verification Code to play/change PW
Seems to be a real problem. Been trying for a month. Pretty simple. Just send me the code so I cam change my PW. Same email and same account. I have tried each method. The game is registered already so that is not the issue.

Have you checked the Spam folder in your email?

If you cannot receive those mails and don't have access to your account, you will need to open a support ticket: https://support.frontier.co.uk/topic.php#

If you provide proof of purchase (product keys) that should be easy to resolve.

How long ago did you submit a ticket? At the moment its upto 48 hours wait. If it has been longer than 48 hours what was the ticket number? Will notify support for you...

Without that number I cannot help other than point you to this https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=418 from there you can submit a ticket if you haven't done so yet. You can also submit a ticket here without the need to login if that is also an issue https://support.frontier.co.uk/topic.php

If you give FD support some time they will get back to you, I’m sure they have been swamped by the sheer number of new players having issues over this past week with the game on sale again.
They normally have a pretty quick turn around for Support Tickets

Well I am of course going to gve them time as I purchsed the game over a year ago. I enjoy it.
It has been over a month with four ticvkets though. Surely they could justsend me my PW reset to my email.
Any help would be grand. TYTY

So now I hjave five tickets. Not number I can find just that it was sent to them.

I did a new one just to get that number.
Now it ask for my PW in order to see it or update it. I did not save any info due this problem.

Are you sure that you email provider isn’t sending Frontiers emails to you Spam folder.

Yes I am sure that it is not being sent to my spm folder. I will recheck that right now.

What service are you using for mail? At least AOL is/was somehow unable to receive mails from Frontier, and there have been issues with Hotmail as well.

I would recommend you hop over to the official support forum[forums.frontier.co.uk] (assuming you can sign up, it's the same infrastructure, so the activation mail may be an issue), support staff on there can in a pinch help you as well if you mention a ticket number and say that you can't receive mails at all. Just don't post any sensitive information.
