Sirius permit?

Trying to unlock the Sirius system, and i've heard some people say you need to be allied with sirius inc. But i already am allied with them in multiple systems, and i still don't have a permit. What do i need to do?

I am at a system controlled by sirius inc, and i just gave them a million for free, but those bastards still won't let me in

getting the sirius permit is kind of a pain. I *THINK* the permit floats between different systems so it's not just a matter of board-flipping, you may actually need to either visit different systems or try at different times of day. It took me several hours of looking before I got the permit.

Got my Sirius permit from the Procyon system.
Cormack hub or Davy dock, can't remember which one.

Sirius Inc have nothing to do with the Sirius permit. They are an independant player faction on the outskirts of the bubble

Edit: May I ask where you were grinding? May explain some unexpected influence gains we've been seeing.

The Sirius system permit has nothing to do with being allied with Sirius inc, a minor totally insignificant faction.
You must be allied to "Sirius Corporation", the #1 megacorp in ED lore.

Whole week i wa ginding Rep for Sirius Corp, whole week i see the Permit Quest in the unavailable mission list, the moment i get allied, the Mission has dissapeared and i cant find any station with Sirius Corp on it with the Permit Mission.

Docked at all the stations in Procyon and Luyten's star, and a few others i cant remember the name of, where Sirius had send me too for missions, and nowhere i can now that i am allied the Permit mission.

so annoying, as i said, the whole time it dangled in front of me, like the game is teasing me with Here lookky look, a nice permit.... You get it when you Allied..
Now am im allied, the game Teases me, NANANANANAAA< you still wont get it it... NANANANANANAAANNAAAA....

EDIT : Just landed for an mission on some obscure outpost after to no succes on finding the mission on Hubs, went through several stations and systems nothing, and i gave up on it, and went my merry way. Had to drop some stuff off on a planet, and WHOPPA, the permit mission...

Talk about agravating players, ED knows this well, and has mastered it :P

Davy Dock in Procyon system got me the Sirius permit. Patterson Enterprise station in Sirius system had the Engineer invitation. I think this is the rout to this engineer. There could be other systems with the permit. IDK, I wasted 8 hours on other systems.
