If they release a Large hardpoint Shock Cannon though, awwww yeah.
But as it is it is a killer.
I cannot weait to have it fully engineered in every way, it will be a beast against NPC's.
I will never fight in open as a bunch of sissy ninnies who think they are good will be killed by me with minimal effort, get depressed and kill themselves, or worse.
Would take down a corvette with those bad boys
With how easy it is to get g1 mats from the traders, I just synth all the time
Have tried beams instead of bursts, as well, and while they do more damage, they drain the capacitor faster than I'd personally prefer (and overcharged multis actually drain WEP capacitor, albeit slowly). Chieftain has no issues staying on-target with most enemies anyway.
It just goes and goes.
