+1 I just disable the look at panel option (forget setting name) to prevent them from popping up looking around. But this makes it so you have to hit a button to bring them up. Or if using voice commands (VoiceAttack or similiar) to bring them up.
and im guessing youve you been their too
when you first start out in this game, either in VR or not, a huge part of the learning curve is getting your controls right. There aren't many games that have this many buttons, and so getting them all setup in a way that's intuitive to you can be tedious. But bear with it for a couple hours and it'll make a huge difference.
