Fullscreen manual settings
every time i run the game it starts in windowed even though i change it to fullscreen every time too. all the other settings remain as theyve been changed, no problems here.

are there any .xml settings i can change so the game allways starts in fullscreen from now on?

i couldnt find any option in the GraphicsConfiguration

it shouldnt change back unless theres a file permission issue.
it happened to be about a year ago. i just used left-ALT + ENTER to quickly switch to full screen. it eventually fixed its self :)

do you VR?
that's what I have to deal with too but this is VR only issue.

this dose this for me all the time but i do have VR and VR works in window format ....
if i disconnect the VR and run the game normal it stays in full screen mode.

Users\*name*\appdata\local\frontier development\"ed"\options\graphics.
Displaysettings.xml & Settings.xml
(check if they are read-only)
&
Make sure it's not the frontier_development-folder.

Making Settings.xml read-only can let you keep a higher fov than normal, even if changing it ingame fx.

yes i do have vr.
technically one wouldnt care about fullscreen in VR, but when accessing the Galaxy map or mission boards, a mouse and keyboard are the only thing one can use properly.

the game folders are accessable by system.
there are no folders in /user i already read this one on the interwebs

there's no fix for VR other then manually setting it up every time you start a new game.
not sure why they can't implement it as other games don't have this issue...

sigh...
can someone tell me why there are different mission rewards i dont quite understand
you can sometimes take for example either 10k or 10k and influence + or 10k influence + and rep+++

i mean, why would i take an inferior reward???

its more likely, 100k, 10k+ rep+++++, 10k+materials. its a trade off to get what you want, more cash, more rep, or more materials :)its the new payment system :)

nope, boom data deliveries offer either 10k or 10k rep+ or 10k inf+++ and rep+
makes no senes to me

once delivered you will see that the option to take cash is much higher than 10000 + bonus and it is not so bad money really
you need to be allied before these payments go up, so get the rep first
