Where i can find Bromellite how missions reward?

Passenger missions.

But that's dumb as ♥♥♥♥, since you'll want to carry passengers and stack the bromellite cargo, which means you'll get interdicted for having the passengers and interdicted for having the cargo you're slowly accumulating.

Icy rings, go mining for it. Ship suggestions: Keelback, Dropship, Clipper, Python.
Bigger ships work too if you own them.

i stay3 hour inicy ring and i find nothing , and i try 3 system mission and i ind nothing

While I know they nerfed the cargo missions or whatever in Ceos/Sothis, have the nerfed the passenger one? There are used to be one jump sightseeing missions. That's how I used to get my bromolite. With the new missions, shouldn't take you more than 3 or 4 spawning missions to get them right?

Quicker and easier to mind it yourself.

Any pristine icy ring has loads of the stuff.

Umm... not sure what to suggest. I could mine hundreds of tons in 3 hours in something like a Python.

You have a prospector limpet and collectors?

lhs 2522 planet 6 is the closest i found after f8cking around alot, it has a nuetron star, so obv precaution
prestine when i was there ,not long ago at all, took about an hour after getting just a few tons in hours much further afield

Make sure you equip mining laser, refinery, prospector limpets and collector limpets; and go mine it yourself. This is by far the easiest way.

Find a pristine (preferably) icy ring. Fire prospector limpets in to asteroids until you find some with bromellite. Ignore everything else.

Best to read a brief guide on mining first.
