How do I get the alliance chieftain

I am looking for the alliance chieftan but I cant find it anywhere. Is there any requirements to buy it because I used eddb.io and checked several stations that eddb.io said had the alliance chieftan but none had it. also I am not an alliance member.

Shouldn't be any requirements. I know you can get one at Alioth, but that's permit locked.

It's just cause Alioth is permit locked system. There's got to be an open station with the chieftain out there.

If i remember correctly the Alliance Chieftain is part of ELite Dangerous: Beyond and thus the Horizons DLC is needed to buy it. Did you purchase Horizons?

Python is your next best bet IMO.

dropship is good if you have the rank but lack money for python also
you can't get belugas either without horizons
and don't be like me getting into alot of pvp thinking engineers can't be that powerful, they ARE

Yeah, a G5 engineered Ship is about twice as powerful as a standard A rated.

Fed Assault Ship is pretty much like the chieftain. They differ only very little.
Same agility, firepower and shields on par.... even the pricetag is very close together. But the FAS needs some Federation rank.

I've got to disagree on that... The FAS has much better armour, but the Chieftain is much more agile even if it does drift a lot. I swear it's got better pitch rotational control than my Vulture. And the extra hardpoints give it an edge (albeit a slight one) over the FAS in firepower as well.

btw the cheiftan can hit almost 500 with dirty engines and has 30+ lr range with full combat loadout when the fsd is upgraded

..i must try this chieftain, even fighting them is kinda new, though an FDL can still be much more troublesome imo

trust me its worth spending 55 mill (fully upgraded and kitted price)
