Compromised Nav Beacons...?

Trying to find a compromised Nav Beacon to work on combat rank. such a grind...
Anyway I looked at ED Utlilities

And the first 5 system closet to me did not have one, though they were listed.

Found this updated list

But the first four Kelin, Nu Gubmai, Kerovices, Jarildekald closest to me, also did not have them, though listed.

You can scan a nav beacon to get information about the system, also getting scanned is no problem unless you have some cargo on you, they will attack if you do.

some people are looking for compromised nav beacons for bounty hunting, since there are a lot of wanted ships there.

the only difference between them is the name on your panel, there are no security forces and the ships are usually very strong at a compromised nav beacon. other then that i do not know

Hey thanks but I checked that list and the first 4 didnt have CNBs but the fifth one did.
