Don't think this is possible.

Can't you now pin 1 bluepint per engineer?

Not pre-3.0 but I haven't tried since. Can OP or someone try and let us know, please.

yay now i need to fly all my ships to the engineers to mod it .....
trying to get my new vette up and can only pin one mod from each engineer.
only have two engineers unlock but how hard for something so simple

use https://inara.cz/ make an account and upload your materials to the site and now you can see what all you can engineer. if you want more then 1 for remote engineering then all i can say is you are ♥♥♥♥ out of luck its 1 only.

the other thing is I don't think you can pin the experimental effects either. Expect to be visiting most engineers again in person, maybe multiple times to engineer the bits you can't pin. I am not happy about it either, but unless FD changes it, thats it.

Correct. The main advantage of pinning is you can build up the basic stuff while away from engineers, even on multiple ships, and then pop to the engineer for the finishing touches.

And no, i don't like this half-half solution. Either make me visit the engineer or don't.

If you click on the "Engineer Help" button it will say that you can pin 1 per engineer.

As Gropax has said, sign on to Inara. They have all blueprints for you to peruse. Fly safe Cmdr. o7

when you pin a blueprint it pins recipes for all grades of the blueprint, but you can only have 1 per engineer.

experimental effects can't be pinned.

Oh, minor point, but you misspelled pinning OP.

What are you pining for? The fjords? :D

It would be really nice if we could pin more than one blueprint per engineer. But then that would lead to pinning all the blueprints. That would be WAY TOO convenient. No way FD would allow that. Got to keep a minimum level of aggravation in game dontchyknow.

The pinning thing never worked for me at all pre-3.0. I'd pin something and next time I started the game it'd be gone with nothing pinned at all. It works for me in 3 and I can even pin multiple blueprints but it's limited to one per engineer.
Hobo Misanthropus Apr 11, 2018 @ 3:57pm
You can pin one blueprint PER ENGINEER and it has to be a blueprint they can use. (IE, you can't pin Dirty Drives for Todd the Blaster)

To pin a Blueprint, you have to physically visit the engineer to pin it.

Some confusion arrives because if people have Legacy mods installed already, you cannot use remote engineering on that item to "Upgrade" or modifity it unless you remove the existing modification completely.

In order to remove the existing modification, visit outfitting, select modifications on the part in question, and remove mod. You should now be able to use remote engineering on that module.

Me too and I blame myself for speed reading thru patch notes b/c TLDR fully :steammocking:

I read you can't buy/change experimental effect from Remote Workshop, yea?
