Can't make a frontier developments account

So I just bought the horizons dlc and when I go to start it up, the launcher prompts me to go to the elite dangerous website and redeem my cd key. This is all fine and dandy up until the point where I click login, and the website then tells me that I need to fill out the captcha. this is somewhat problematic seeing as there isn't a captcha to be found anywhere on the page. I also tried going to frontier development's website and logging in there but when I put in my credentials and hit login, a message pops up underneath the password box saying "this is a required field."

Someone pleas help

Are yuo running any sort of ad blocker or other script thingy?

I tried turning ad blocker off and still nothing. tried on both internet explorer and chrome

try a different browser. Just go to the fdev site and create an account then use the launcher to login.

Try clearing whichever browser's cache www.refreshyourcache.com
I know it didn't work in two different browsers for you, but still worth a try

I entered the data on my phone and it worked so i guess it was just my computer that was being wierd
