There is an automated resource available at Inara:-

https://inara.cz/galaxy-nearest/25/

You can enter your present location and get a distance-sorted list of known traders, complete with their location, distance, as well as information regarding what they trade...

There are rules anyway for people who don't want to get out of VR.

Material trader appears in High Security world of at least 2 million (and supposedly a cap on population too). ISF is the one that is a pain as is low security only, the painful part is that they are mostly outposts.

If you are going to make a list, A there is Inara/EDDB, B your list would be giant
