Where are my prismatic shields?

Ok so my understanding is that you join with the, oh so hot, miss Aisling Duval. Get a 4 rating and at the 4th week prismatic shields should be available for purchase at any station that has outfitting?

Is that it? Am I missing something because unless I have miscounted weeks (I don’t rule this out BTW) I should be able to get these now. But still no prismatic shields anywhere.

I have maintained a 4 rating the entire time. Although I understand you only really need to do that on the 4th week. So what’s the deal?

It's not "ANY station". Prismatics are only available from certain stations, just like other Modules, largely those Controlled by Aisling. Try an Aisling High Tech like Kanuket.

I was told all stations...... I guess not so? So https://inara.cz/galaxy-outfitting/ is being totally useless for finding these. Any other sites that work?

you need to count weeks pledged against weeks ticked , so when you tick for the rating you will be on the 4th week pledge and buy the prismatic before the next tick otherwise get the rating again

all the pp items are sold everywhere

Just to be clear (for others unfamiliar) you only need to be tier 3 after the 4th week. And any station / outpost with the outfitting service available will sell pp mods.

this is not true. when you have access to prismatics, they will be available in every outfitting station... unlless they changed this
