Unable to deliver cargo

Alright so I'm running a delivery mission, picked up the cargo from the depot (didn't urchase it collected like they wanted me to.) Now at the delivery point I hand over the cargo but it isn't letting me complete the delivery. I can select how many to deliver, but when I try to hit the partial completion button it is greyed out. Any clues?

you need to click on the x/y items delivered after filling it up first. Only afterwards you can click the complete button.

yup figured it out as soon as I alt tabbed back in

Partial complete is only available when there isn't anymore cargo to collect and deliver. It must all have been collected and is there in case some gets lost or destroyed.
