I highly recommend a long range g1 engineered huge beam laser with a charge enhanced power distributer though. Possibly a couple large ones in addition to that if your distributor can take it, then some hull shredding weapons, preferably including a corrosive multicannon. I also recommend packhound missiles for massive dps until you run out which is fine for defending yourself.
Without engineering it just boils down to multicannons and as many lasers as you can power comfortably.
That said for an Anaconda load out medium long range super pen. rails or feedback cascade rails are a lot of fun. They offer a sort of burst dps, and are good at sniping modules why fighting medium and big ships.
I normally pair this with beams or pulses on the huge hardpoint, and also the lower large hardpoint.
The two top large hardpoints can basically be whatever. Dual Pulse turrets can be effective if you are facing many wings of small ships. (the issue with this is often distributor draw being too high, and making it hard to use the other harpoints effectively so engineering the distrib or the lasers is usually a good idea.)
Plasma Accelerators are fun, and do absolute damage, but they can take a while to get used to, and are only really viable against medium and large ships.(small ships and some mediums are very hard to hit with PAs.)
Having an SLF can be a life saver. Personal preference is the fixed beam Taipan (Gelid F).
It's a good place to start and can easily be modified/upgraded over time, when you get more familiar with the ship and unlock a few engineers.
I use a similar build for derping in res sites.
