Shock Cannons are my favorite weapon now
Shock Cannons are my favorite weapon now. I have just recently been using shock cannons for the first couple of weeks. I have outfitted my cutter with gimballed shock cannons, Krait MK2 with fixed shock cannons, python with fixed and gimalled shock cannons, and my type 10 with gimballed shock cannons.

All I have to say is yes they have low ammo, but they are so much fun to use. Most NPC ships can be taken out very quickly. The speed of the shots are one of the many things that make this weapon great. I expected more people would be talking about this weapon. I mean I know it can't be engineered, but honestly if it could it would be everyone first choice. It doesn't really need it.

yeah its a very nice weapon indeed, the default auto loader is great, but a bit more ammo wouldnt hurt

My Fav too. I use them in conjunction with a corrosive weapon so they feel even better

Huge shock cannons are more than welcome.
And they're like rapid-fire rail canons, with a decent amount of ammo.

put a premium ammo on them and that is ultimate assassination weapon

I use it on my Krait MK2. I have two medium turreted long range beam cannons, one large gimbled chock cannon, one large gimbled efficient beam laser, and one large gimbled multicannon with corrosive shells. It's a ballenced enough loadout, but it is So much better at killing than I ever expected. Just don't go against and serious PvP players.
