I found Raxxla.
Based on what the Devs say, Raxxla is in the game, its out there, they know where it is, and ultimately players cant find it. Judging from this, Raxxla is probably "out there" in another galaxy "In the game", thats way the devs "know where it is" and why we "cant find it."

Based on the Lore, Raxxla is a FSD-jumping Guardian Planet as best as I can surmise that ferries people to other galaxies. Thats probably all it is and only exists in Lore and not the game as an asset.

As for all the obscure nonsense in the books about it being in the Witches' brow near the mother of galaxies, thats probably where Raxxla "docks" in our galaxy, or where it was last at before jumping out of Galaxy. Either way, its not currently in ours. Not just from in-game efforts but by people cracking the game and coming up empty. Plus how Colonia back in the day didnt exist until they patched it in. Raxxla is literally just a Lore that exists in-game and isn't an asset.

strange i herd people been in the system where Raxxla is but as they did not get in the close distance from Raxxla they did not find it.

but you could try to find the dark wheel station 9 gas planets and in a astroid field.

just sifting through codex entries and Dev comments on Raxxla. This is the only possible outcome for any of the conflicting info to make sense.

Raxxla is some kind of planet-sized guardian ship that jumps to other galaxies (which is NOT currently in our galaxy), furthermore it probably docks in Alioth.
