There is an graphics options towards the bottom that disables this. "Disable GUI Effects". Also you may want to enable the 'Reduce camera shake option.

Ye, it doesn't help. it's only on my gunship tho. feels like engines are always revvin' and like im sitting in old chevy Lul. dunno why. when I sit in t10 the ship hologram is static, but inside of a gunshiep it feels like im sitting right above the engine

will try, tnx for responses. I mean it's not big flickering so if nothing can be done it's fine. I'ts just wierd I can see those little flickers only on gunship. might be that ship just acts that way. will try to find videos on yt of someone in hangar with gunship. maybe it's normal to flicker a bit in it. because, in space, it acts normal.

It could be because of station rotating in space, beacuse on some it's higher flickering on some it's smaller. and some bugs with docking computers. But it makes sense if you're in "smaller" ship you'll see it more likely than in the big ones. I tought it was something messed up but it's how the game works i guess. cheers.

Oh yeah, you sometimes get that on some rotating stations. It can also affect Holo-Me. It's always been there (IIRC worse in the past), probably some basic thing of how the game holds you on the landing pad. I don't think there's any way to really fix it other than hoping they improve it eventually.
